Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note backorder dates (if applicable) that will be listed on website and invoice. The backorder date is an estimated date FITScrubs® receives from production and subject to change. Please allow 2-3 days to process the order from the backorder date listed on website/invoice. If you would like our fulfillment team to send non-backordered items separately while we are awaiting on the backordered item to arrive, please specify your preference in the "special instructions" box at the checkout by stating "Please send in-stock items asap". We will split your order (free of charge) send available items per your instructions. Unfortunately we cannot do this for international customers due to the high shipping rates.

In-store pickup

In-store pick up is available at our warehouse location at 9670-4 Eagle Ranch Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM, 87114. Just make a note in the "special instructions" box at the checkout if you'd like to pick up or call us at (505) 548-7101 to have us prepare your order for you with your order number letting us know you're on your way and we'll get it all ready for you. 

International Shipping

International shipping is available worldwide. Shipping rates will be applied once delivery info is placed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Kris@fitscrubs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

FITScrubs® is not responsible for merchandise when tracking shows as "delivered".

 

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at FITScrubs®. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Returning Unworn Merchandise

FITScrubs® accepts returns of unworn merchandise with the following conditions:

  • The product must have hangtags attached.
  • The product must not be washed, stained (ie makeup) and free of odor such as cologne, perfume or cigarette smoke.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date for US customers or within 30 days of international shipping.


Free Shipping for US Customers

We are pleased to offer free shipping for one exchange or return per order for US customers. This means you are entitled to one free shipping label per order to use for either an exchange or return. Any additional shipping exchanges or returns required by the customer will be at the customer's expense.

Return/Exchange Process

1. Initiate your return or exchange through our online portal. Begin the process here.

2. Have your order number handy, log in, and select the items you wish to exchange or return. Though multiple postage labels will appear for multiple items, you only need to use one of them (they share the same tracking number).

3.For sold-out items, leave a note in the comments section during approval submission, and we'll ensure you receive your desired item from our reserved stock. You can also email kris@fitscrubs.com with your request and order number.

4. Enclose your return/exchange items in the reusable poly bag or box your order was sent in or an equal size envelope/box of your choice if you discarded the original packaging.

5.Post approval, you’ll receive a postage label via email. Print it, affix it to the FITScrubs® polybag or box, and drop it off at your nearest USPS or leave it in your outgoing mail. Your items will reach us in 2-5 days, and the processing of your exchange/refund will take an additional 1-2 days.

Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 business days for inspection and processing upon receiving your return.

Lost Items in Transit

At FITScrubs®, we take our responsibility for delivering your merchandise seriously. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise during the delivery process. When a courier service marks an item as "delivered," we consider our part of the transaction fulfilled.

We do acknowledge that mistakes can occasionally happen during delivery or that an item may be stolen, causing inconvenience to our valued customers. In such cases, FITScrubs® reserves the right to approach each situation on a case-by-case basis, demonstrating our commitment to providing excellent customer service.

If we decide to send a replacement for a lost item, please note that the merchandise will not be eligible for a refund or return. Our intention is to assist you in receiving the products you ordered, even in challenging circumstances. However, to ensure fairness and prevent potential abuse of this policy, we kindly request that you understand that replacements come with certain limitations.

The best we can offer in the event of a lost item is a replacement and one exchange, allowing you to receive the products you originally selected. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent claims where customers receive merchandise but claim it was not delivered, which can negatively impact our ability to continue offering such benefits.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your shopping experience at FITScrubs®, and we will do our best to resolve any delivery issues that may arise.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be processed pending item availability in stock. If the item is not in stock and there is a wait time exceeding two weeks for return delivery, we will contact you immediately.

Refunds

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made in the form of the original payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that any shipping expenses paid for by the customer are non-refundable.

International Customers

For international customers, FITScrubs® does not provide complimentary (free) shipping for exchanges and/or returns due to customs regulations. Returns/exchanges must be mailed back to the address below at the customer's expense. We will cover outgoing shipping expenses for international exchanges for the first exchange.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Customizations

We take pride in offering customized options like embroidery and logo placement to personalize your FITScrubs® products. However, please be aware that these customizations are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, classifying the products as "final sale."

We understand the importance of your choices, and we encourage you to make your selections carefully, especially when it comes to sizing. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, so we advise you to double-check your preferences and sizing before proceeding with customizations.

FITScrubs® 1-Year Guarantee

At FITScrubs®, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and are committed to your satisfaction. We are pleased to offer a 1-year guarantee on all our clothing and scrubs, starting from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of our products.

1-Year Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

1. Coverage: This guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the guarantee period. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear. If you encounter defects such as unraveling stitching within the first year of purchase, it also falls under a manufacturing defect, as our apparel is designed to withstand the demanding shifts of healthcare workers.

2. Reporting an Issue: If you believe your FITScrubs® apparel has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@fitscrubs.com within the 1-year guarantee period. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos to assess the problem.
